What iOS version does soloSupport require?
soloSupport runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later, and is a universal app available on both the App Store and the Mac App Store.
Is employee contact data safe?
Yes. Employee PII โ names, email addresses, and phone numbers โ is stored exclusively in your private iCloud CloudKit container. BassTech servers store only a non-PII reference identifier; no employee contact data ever touches Azure SQL.
How does the email import work?
Share any email from iOS Mail to soloSupport via the Share Extension. It extracts the sender address, subject, date/time, and body, then auto-matches the sender to your employee roster. A Message-ID dedup check prevents duplicate tickets.
How do I connect my Azure subscription?
With the Azure Connectivity add-on you can connect one or more Azure subscriptions. Your client secret is stored only in the iOS Keychain on your device โ it is never transmitted to or stored in Azure SQL.
Can I use soloSupport without the Azure add-on?
Yes. The core app delivers full ticket, client, employee, time-logging, and invoicing functionality on its own. Azure Connectivity is an optional add-on for cloud monitoring.
Can I work offline?
Yes. Your data lives on-device and in iCloud, so core features work offline and sync automatically when you reconnect.
How do I generate an invoice?
Select a client and billing period; soloSupport computes total hours and amount with a line-item preview, then exports a native PDF via PDFKit that you can share through the iOS Share Sheet.
How do I delete my account?
Use the Delete Account option within the App under Settings. All client, ticket, time entry, and invoice data is permanently deleted from Azure SQL within 30 days, and CloudKit employee PII is removed when you delete the app or sign out of iCloud.
